The Illustration Friday word of the week is boundaries.
“Bad boundaries…” It’s a New Age expression that reminds me (uncomfortably so) of the grand old tradition proudly labeled eminent domain.
If we gave them the benefit of the doubt, would we say that the people, corporations or countries who transgress our boundaries just have a vision problem?

Hi Susan, as always your pictures are wonderful, and your words, leave us thinking.
Your work has such a nice etherial feel to it.
they most certainly have a vision problem.
your art is peaceful and tender for me.
Yep, definitely a vision problem. Too bad too, because if they can’t see a boundary, can they appreciate your lovely art?
beautiful work as always
Beautiful piece and as always something to stop and make us ponder!

“Eminent Domain.” Thanks to you, I learned a new term! The lovely lady in the illustration looks like she’s walking a tightrope. Boundaries are like that sometimes, aren’t they. Thanks for visiting my etegami blog. : )
Heisann Susan!
Thank you SO much for the nice comment for my last Primstav post.
Some of the illustrations I have made for the Primstav I am satisfied with, others absolutely not! These I will redo when I have time, but first I will finish the winter half year which lasts till April 14. Next post is September 21. It’s a ram. I like my illustrations of objects best!
Your girl might go beyond the boundaries led by her own dreams of independence… An illustration full of sensibility ♥ly from Bjorg Nina
Your work has so much raw beautiful emotion in it. It’s really powerful.
Heisann!
Join me on tracking, hiking or just a simple walk on Sunday!
