Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been away from blogging for a while?
It’s true…after a big push (no results yet) in the publishing world with my illustration work and the two books I’ve both written and illustrated, I’ve been back in my little studio, drawing and painting watercolors. It seems like the perfect activity for a very green and lush Spring…
The above-mentioned *new* watercolors are being featured on the Trade Your Talent blog site, and a new interview accompanies them. This is the second interview that Susanna Maier, owner of the very artsy , Berlin-based TYT blog has honored me with.
See both the new paintings and the interview here.
(See the first interview here.)
You’ll also be able to see the new paintings on my website (www.susansorrellhill.com) sometime soon…when I get some pesky technical details (love those) worked out…
Happy Spring to all my artist friends and art fans!

I can’t think of a better person to interview!! Love the art and your thoughts about everything
such a wonderful depth of feeling in your woman.
your interviews look wonderful, i will have a visit. Congratulations on all successes with your gorgeous arts.
Nice to have you back Susan. I’ll pop over to Susanna’s blog to check out the interview later
Heisann!
Glad you’re back. Happy Spring from me ;:OD)
Hey Susan, what are your thoughts on self-publishing? Your work is so wonderful, it would be a shame to the world if it never got out there! I am an author/illustrator myself and wondering when and if I should just go independently and self-publish my work.
